Launching a Data-Led Platform for Unified Innovation Performance
Working alongside the Innovation and Portfolio team, we supported the creation & adoption of IB’s transformation in cross-functional portfolio management – leveraging a single source of truth to bridge silos and unblock project barriers.
After understanding the platform’s purpose in fulfilling GCO priorities to build differentiated consumer-centric brands, we collaborated to explore a series of naming options – offering a fresh perspective on the holding title – before arriving at the chosen ‘Beacon’ brand name and visual identity.
The creative roll-out leveraged email and physical banner placements in priority locations to launch the Beacon and grow initial awareness. An interactive playbook onboarded key portfolio team members – clearly highlighting key features, roles, responsibilities and online resources to maximise adoption.
