JDRF – Millie’s Manifesto
Plan of Action:
Off the back of #CountMeIn, we were commissioned to design a separate identity and communications for Millie’s Manifesto. A personal appeal from 12 year old Millie Hainge ahead of the general election, she asks politicians to give a fairer future to people with type 1 diabetes – to better understand the condition, provide greater access to treatments, and increase Government funding for vital type 1 research.
Millie personally delivered her manifesto to 10 Downing Street, which was backed up nationally by supporters handing postcards to their local MPs, saying why the Manifesto is important, and urging them to tweet a photograph to show their support.
