“Back in 2010 when our original site was designed, we met with a lot of agencies and freelancers who pitched for the project. We were presented with some perfectly good ideas, but we found that most wanted to show us other recruiters’ websites and tell us we could be just like them. We wanted the opposite. Yes, we wanted to make our jobs easy to find without any unnecessary clutter, but we really wanted a design that reflected our brand, positioning us as far away as possible from the stereotypical recruitment crowd. Point Creative understood our brand from the very beginning and we’re extremely pleased that we chose to work with them.
Now 2015, we received a lot of positive feedback from users on our previous site, but we couldn’t afford to wait any longer to move to a responsive design. We thought it was also time for a brand refresh to better reflect our ‘homely’ values, but also make it clearer that we are an established and national marketing recruitment brand. Along with this refresh came a more contemporary design, the introduction of our blog and improved search functionality.
