When John (the Director) and his marketing team said they wanted a site that stood out, reflected their warm personality and gave job hunters an inspiring medium to find their perfect role, we couldn't have met the brief any better.
Whilst keeping the core job search function firmly in mind, our latest website design and development for Henry Nicholas goes beyond the norm of typical recruitment agencies and really makes people 'feel at home'.
Taking stock of their existing brand design, we felt that it was far from summing up their offering and their genuine desire to build long term client relationships. So as part of the web build, we delivered a completely new image to include the identity, colour palette, 'feeling at home with recruitment' strapline and a characterful design that can be taken across all future communications.
Technicalities of the web development required significant research to enable a cost effective multi-job posting facility which integrated smoothly with the main website content management system. An Idibu job posting app has allowed the client to submit a single job ad to multiple mainstream jobs boards such as Total Jobs through a simple to use interface.
